1. Introduction

Welcome to Number Your Risk (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By using our website (www.numberyourrisk.com) and services, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

2. Service Scope and Limitations

2.1 Nature of Service

  • Number Your Risk provides risk governance assessments based on client-submitted financial and personnel data.
  • The assessments are purely advisory and for informational purposes only.

2.2 Minimum Service Requirements

  • The minimum assessment includes one year of financial data (data must be monthly) and one employee.
  • Clients may add additional years and employees as needed.

2.3 Finality of Assessment

  • The results provided are final and non-revisable.
  • No modifications, updates, or ongoing support will be provided after the service is delivered.
  • The assessment outcomes cannot be challenged in any court of law or by any other legal means.

3. Service Refusal and Non-Refundable Policy

3.1 Right to Refuse Service

  • Number Your Risk reserves the right to refuse or decline service requests at any time without prior notice.

3.2 Refund Policy

  • Payments are non-refundable unless:
  • The company declines the service request.
  • The service request exceeds the company’s capacity.
  • If a refund is issued, applicable administrative fees will be deducted before processing.

4. Excluded Clients

Number Your Risk does not provide services to clients (businesses and entities):

  • Businesses and entities financed primarily through interest-based capital, investments, or equities.
  • Financial institutions and interest-based financing businesses and entities.
  • Businesses and entities manufacturing or selling or dealing with weapons of any kind, security companies, military, and armed forces.
  • Businesses and entities engaged in slavery, drugs, alcohol, intoxicants, prostitution, or sex-related activities.
  • Businesses and entities involved in illegal activities, gambling, or pork/pig-related products.
  • Businesses and entities related to animals or birds not consumed by Muslims.
  • If a prohibited client orders a service, the service will not be provided, and no refund will be issued.

5. Data Submission, Privacy and Confidentiality

5.1 Client Responsibility

  • Clients are solely responsible for the accuracy and security of the data they submit.
  • All information is provided at the client’s own risk.

5.2 Data Protection Measures

  • Number Your Risk implements reasonable security measures but does not guarantee absolute data security.
  • The company is not liable for data breaches, unauthorized access, or loss of information.

5.3 Mandatory Reporting

  • The company may be legally required to disclose certain client data to authorities without prior notice.

5.4 No Responsibility for Third-Party Actions

  • Number Your Risk is not responsible for actions by third parties, including but not limited to:
  • Unauthorized access.
  • Misuse of client data.
  • Regulatory actions resulting from client-provided information.

5.5 Data Format and Currency

  • All financial and personnel data must be provided in monthly format.
  • All financial statement items and personnel-related items must be in euros (€).
  • Data must be provided in the required template. Template is emailed after successful receipt of service payment.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 No Liability for Outcomes

  • Number Your Risk, its owner, and affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of its services.
  • Clients assume full responsibility for decisions made based on the provided assessments.

6.2 Website and Resources

  • The company is not liable for:
  • Technical errors or website downtime.
  • Misinformation or security breaches.
  • Any damages caused by its website, software, or online resources.

6.3 Third-Party Actions

  • The company is not responsible for the actions of hackers, legal authorities, or service providers affecting the client.

7. No Legal Recourse

7.1 Non-Binding Nature

  • The results and recommendations are advisory and cannot be legally enforced.

7.2 Waiver of Legal Rights

  • By engaging in our services, clients waive all rights to:
  • Pursue legal action against Number Your Risk or its owner or its staff.
  • Challenge the service outcome in any court.

8. Indemnification

  • Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless Number Your Risk against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:
  • Use of its services.
  • Actions taken based on its recommendations.
  • Any third-party claims related to submitted data.

9. Pricing, Policies and Service Changes

  • Number Your Risk reserves the right to change:
  • Prices.
  • Service scope.
  • Terms of Service.
  • Changes take effect immediately upon posting on our website.

9.1 Currency Policy

  • Clients may pay in their local currency if the option is available at checkout, but the company receives all payments in euros (€).

All financial statement items and personnel-related items must be provided monthly and in euros (€) in a required template which will be emailed to the client once the payment has been received.

Payment Methods Accepted:

Secure online payments via Stripe and IBAN.

Payments are non-refundable, except under specific conditions (see our [Terms of Service]).

10. No Warranties

  • Services are provided “as-is” and “as-available”, without warranties of:
  • Merchantability.
  • Fitness for a specific purpose.
  • Non-infringement.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Finnish courts.

12. Language of Service

  • All services provided by Number Your Risk are conducted exclusively in English.

13. Communication Policy

  • The company communicates only in writing in English language via email (info@numberyourrisk.com).
  • Phone calls are not part of the business practice and are not accepted for inquiries or support.
